Shipping and Delivery
East Shore Specialty Foods ships via United Parcel Service (UPS) F.O.B. Hartland, WI. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow three to seven business days for delivery in the contiguous United States. U.P.S. Ground Rates will be added to your order as freight. All orders are to be paid in U.S. currency. Items will not be charged to the credit card until the scheduled ship date.

Returns and Damages Policy
Returns are not accepted without prior authorization from a representative of East Shore.
Accepted returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All related shipping charges are also the responsibility of the customer.
East Shore ships all orders per date specified by customer. Customer is responsible for changes to or cancellations of orders.
No refunds will be issued for refused shipments unless notable damage has occurred during the shipment process.
Damages must be reported to East Shore within five business days of receipt of shipment or refusal. Replacements or credit may be issued by a representative of East Shore based on verification from carrier. Original package(s) must be available for return or inspection upon request.

Please note: Due to the nature of the product, pretzels are subject to breakage in shipping. Terms: Initial orders credit card. Please send three trade & one bank reference to establish credit. After credit is established, NET 30 days.
